If you already have a website, you can add AppFlow booking straight to it. Clients book in place, without being sent somewhere else, and every booking lands on the same calendar as your booking link.
1. Get your embed code

Open Website in Settings
Choose Embed booking and copy your snippet. It is a short piece of code, ready to paste.

Pick a style
Choose an inline booking panel that sits on the page, or a button that opens booking in a pop-up.
2. Paste it on your site
Most website builders have a place to add custom code or an embed block. Paste your snippet where you want booking to appear, then save and preview.
- WordPress: add a Custom HTML block
- Squarespace and Wix: add an Embed or Code block
- Custom sites: paste the snippet into your page template
It matches your brand
The booking panel picks up your colours so it looks like part of your site, not a bolted-on widget.
3. Test the flow
Make a test booking from your live page. You will see it land on your calendar and the confirmation go out, just like a booking from your booking link.
