If a direct enquiry is not claimed in time, it is released to the marketplace and local businesses that cover that service area are emailed so they can claim it. Marketplace leads that nobody takes expire after fourteen days.

The marketplace uses the same service area rules your booking flow already uses for a customer address, so you only see jobs you would actually travel to. Narrow it to your trade category as well if you want to.
A price you know before you claim
Marketplace leads are $25, and the price can be set per category. Subscribers pay that base price and businesses without an AppFlow subscription pay a loaded rate.
