Import your existing clients

If you already have a client list, you can bring it into AppFlow so nothing starts from scratch.

   Export from your current tool

   Most tools let you download a spreadsheet of clients with names, emails and phone numbers.

   Upload the file

   In Clients, choose Import and select your file. AppFlow matches the columns for you.

   Review and finish

   Check the preview, fix anything that looks off and confirm. Your clients are ready to book.
