Your website builder lives in Sales Channels, next to your booking link. It opens as a full-screen editor: your pages on the left, a live preview in the middle, and the settings for whatever you have selected on the right. Nothing you do is public until you press Publish, so you can rearrange a page as much as you like without a customer seeing it.
1. Start from a layout, not a blank page
The first time you open the builder, AppFlow creates a site for you from a starter layout shaped for your industry. You get a home page, a services page, an about page and a contact page, already wired to your booking flow. Your job is to make it yours, not to build it from nothing.
2. Edit the page section by section
A page is a stack of sections. Open a page from the left, and you see every section on it: header, hero, services, gallery, footer and so on. Select one and its settings appear on the right.
- 1
Choose a layout
Every section ships with several layouts. A hero can be centred, split with an image, full-bleed photo, editorial or paired with an enquiry form. Switching layout keeps your words and rearranges them.
- 2
Write your copy
Edit the headline, body and buttons in the panel on the right. The preview updates as you type, so you can see a long headline wrap before anyone else does.
- 3
Reorder by dragging
Drag sections up and down the list to change the order of the page. Hide a section instead of deleting it if you only want it gone for now.
- 4
Add a new section
Press Add to open the section picker. Around thirty types are grouped by what they do: proof, services, media, contact and layout.
3. Set the look once, everywhere
Open Theme and you control the whole site at once: colours, heading and body fonts, corner rounding, button shape, section spacing and content width. Presets give you a finished starting point you can then adjust.
Override just one section
If a single section needs its own background or colour, set it there. Only what you explicitly change is overridden, so the rest keeps following the site theme when you change it later.
4. Your services and bookings are already connected
The services section pulls your live bookable catalogue, so prices and availability come from the same place your calendar does. Booking buttons send visitors straight into your booking flow. Update a price in your catalogue and the website follows, with nothing to copy across.
5. Blog, forms and images
The same editor holds a blog for posts, an image library for your photos, and enquiry forms. Every form has spam protection built in, and you can export the submissions to CSV whenever you want them in a spreadsheet.
6. Get found
Set a title, description and social image for the site and for each page. AppFlow generates your sitemap and robots file automatically, and adds business details to each page so search engines understand who you are, where you are and what you offer. Add your Google Analytics ID if you track visits.
7. Publish
Your site is live from day one on a free address that uses your business name. When you are ready to use your own domain, add it in Domains and point one DNS record at AppFlow: the certificate is issued for you, so the site is secure without you buying or renewing anything.
Draft and published are separate
Editing changes your draft. Press Publish to push those changes live. Preview draft shows you exactly what visitors will get before you commit.
